Don’t pray for Paris — work for peace. 

“We cannot solve this problem only through prayers,” the spiritual leader said. “I am a Buddhist and I believe in praying. But humans have created this problem, and now we are asking God to solve it. It is illogical. God would say, solve it yourself because you created it in the first place.”

Nach den Terroranschlägen auf Paris, sagte der Dalai Lama den Kollegen der Deutschen Welle: Wir können dieses Problem nicht allein durch Gebete lösen. Ich bin Buddhist und ich glaube an Gebete. Aber Menschen haben dieses Problem geschaffen und jetzt fragen wir Gott, dass er es lösen soll. Das ist unlogisch. Gott würde sagen, löst es selber. Ihr habt es auch geschaffen.
